Refund and Returns Policy

Ditman Enterprise provides digital products and services, including APIs, subscriptions, and developer tools.

No Physical Returns

As our offerings are digital and service-based, physical returns do not apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Service downtime exceeding agreed service levels (where applicable)
  • Billing errors caused by our system

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service activation
  • Unused API credits or subscriptions
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • Suspension or termination due to misuse or abuse

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
